What is Voxpack?

What is Directive (EU) 2023/2673?
It is the European directive, published on 22 November 2023, that amends Directive 2011/83/EU (consumer rights) and creates the electronic withdrawal function: a withdrawal button always visible in the online store during the 14-day legal period, with a 2-step request and email confirmation. Member States had to transpose it by 19 December 2025 and the new rules apply to stores since 19 June 2026. Voxpack generates the button, the returns portal and the confirmation emails automatically.
Does the EU withdrawal button law apply to UK stores?
Directive (EU) 2023/2673 binds sales to consumers in the EU. After Brexit it does not apply to UK domestic sales — the UK’s Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 already give a 14-day cancellation right, but do not require a withdrawal button. However, if your UK store sells to EU consumers, those sales fall under the EU rules — so most UK stores shipping to Europe need the button too. Voxpack covers both scenarios automatically.
Do I need special equipment?
No. Voxpack works on a computer with a webcam, a USB scanner or your own phone, which becomes a wireless scanner by reading a QR code. The voice plays through a speaker or headphones.
